One thing I dislike about commander games is when everyone just sits back and does their own thing until one person goes infinite and kills everyone. I made this deck to encourage more interaction between people without going the Pillowfort route. Let me know what you think!
Make an influence in your opponents decisions: play curses so players actually attack and get rewarded for doing so. Put bounty counters on creatures to encourage players to back stab each other. Make others want to interact with each other through powerful enchantments.
