The main point of this deck is to play Sphinx's Tutelage and then use loads of cards that allow you to draw a bunch of cards and mill them out. You can also use Alhammarret's Archive to draw double the cards and mill double the time. Use Chandra and Forgotten Creation to mill out your opponent extremely fast. If you can, discard cards like Just the Wind and Fiery Temper into madness from your draw and discard spells. If not, just discard some bulk lands you don't need. Use Fevered Visions to make your opponent pay for playing the game, and to add extra pressure.
