just published the deck i am working on and what i think is the best combo for waste not, calling it "Milling the token machine"

for a full black deck, this is fine, but think of this (this is my opinion on how waste not can be used)
waste not :discard effect, zombie tokens
chasm skulker :counter for every time you DRAW a card, when creature dies, squid tokens
diregraf captian :zombie token boost
jaces archivist :DISCARD hand and DRAW card equal to the amount you had in your hand
elixir of immortality :recycle graveyard into deck

blue and black combo. good combo for milling, massive tokens, extra land and life.

not bad for a full black discard deck but i personally have a better combination for waste, to the point where it is token galore

i have a few tribal decks actually.
goblins (few pheonix to cover the flying)
cats
humans
enchantment creatures
minotaurs and satyrs with chandra (beauty and the beast)
"hulk" hydras (and few other angry huge green creatures)
