The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

A combo that provides infinite black mana... to use as you choose.
(You could easily swap in Consume Spirit if you want to end the game quicker.)

In 20 years of play, this is probably one of my favorite decks.

The big combo is: Heartless Summoning + Havengul Lich + Priest of Gix.
> Get out Heartless Summoning and Havengul Lich.
> 1 black mana: Cast Priest of Gix (dies immediately due to HS, you get 3 black mana).
> Use 1 of the 3 black mana: Activate Lich's ability, targeting Priest.
> Use 1 of the 2 remaining black mana: Cast Priest from graveyard using Lich (it dies again).
> Repeat as many times as you wish (net 1 black mana with each repetition).

Now you have "infinite" black mana. What to do with it? Use the HS+Lich combo in conjunction with:
> Black Cat: opponent's hand will be discarded.
> Bone Shredder: all opponent's nonartifact, nonblack creatures die.
> Sedraxis Alchemist: bounce all opponent's nonland permanents (Lich is blue/black).

You can also use the HS+Lich combo to cast your blue creatures, but you can only do it once for each blue mana you have available:
> Augury Owl: maximize the usefulness of your next 3 draws.
> Surveilling Sprite: draw lots of cards.
> Aven Fogbringer: bounce your opponent's lands. (EVIL!)
> Parasitic Strix: lots of life drain. (About as close to Consume Spirit as I was willing to get.)

The HS+Lich combo is even better with these cards in play:
> Death Match: weaken all your opponent's creatures to death.
> Quest for the Gravelord: get that 5/5 Zombie Giant out in one turn.
> Black Market: acts as a black mana battery.

Other tips:
> Put equipment on the Lich to protect it with hexproof.
> Remember to put lots of storage counters on your "blue mana battery" lands, to get lots of the blue creature combos.
