This deck is based around its creature status, I am going to go through each creature and tell you what they are for. I will start with Slitherhead and Deadbridge Goliath. These are not meant to be played on the field, unless you're in an emergency situation. They are meant to be either sacraficed by Lotleth trolls ability, then scavenged for even more. They are still a great win condition though. If you get Jarad's orders, use jarad's orders to get 1 slitherhead into your hand, and 1 deadbridge into your graveyard. You can then use scavenge with deadbridge, and you can play slitherhead for chump blocking into free scavenge. You could also sacrafice these two on the field with grim backwoods. Next comes Dawntreader elk. Dawntreader elk is the perfect Chump blocker, as long as you have a forest open. You can quickly sacrafice to prevent combat damage to you, and get a land in return. Now for corpsejack menace. This is just to have on the filed to ramp up +1+1 counters on your creatures, try and get it out ASAP. Vorapede is used to have a powerful creature that you deal massive damage with, scavenged on or not with its trample. They are a key card to winning so try to get one out as soon as possible. Vampire nighthawk, is an amazing savior against flying, and super innoying when you pump it with scavenge. Dreg mangler is just for quick attacks and sacraficing for scavange. Tragic slip is a card that can be as powerful very powerful. For example, use it after either sacraficing dawntreader for -13-13. Or you can do a quick sac. and draw a card with grim backwoods to deal-13-13. Vraska is just added for fun. This deck is all based on sacraficing combos.

Not trying to burst any bubbles, but there are cheaper instants and sorceries that give more or equal amounts of counters to creatures. I.E. Increasing Savagery, Blessings of nature, etc.
