Great deck. I have a similar one, but you have a lot of cool ideas in yours that I had not considered. One thing you should consider is replacing your CoP: Black and RoP: Black with Sphere of Grace. It works for each point of damage that Pestilence, Last Laugh, Liability, etc. does to you because each time it triggers is considered a separate "source" of damage.
cabal coffers wont be very useful unless your playing mainly swamps without plains.
It is to pump into Pestilence and Circle of Protection: Black if want to do a lot of damage in one turn.
