The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This is just an idea i had and i would greatly appreciate anyone's thoughts or ideas on how to improve it. I would like to cut it down to or near 60 cards still keeping the green black theme i'm just not sure what to do with this.

I'm not exaclty sure what the "theme" of this deck is. What is it you want to do? RIght now it just looks like a whole bunch of elf cards thrown together. Granted, the cards have useful effects, but they dont really work together all that well. I'm sorry, I just can't offer much advice till I know what you want to do. You should pick an objective (what you want your deck to accomplish) and then find cards that help accomplish it. You have lots of "create token" cards...do you want to overun your opponents with lots of little creatures? You have lots of mana ability cards, do you want to mana ramp for that big creature drop (though you have no big creatures). Maybe you want to use all that mana to cast Genesis wave and put lots of creatures from your deck into play for free (which once again you should have a big creature in there since it will take a pretty big X to make this work...so you may as well get the big drop also). This is just to uncoordinated and unfocused for me to do much with. Sorry...

i think i mainly want to get alot of smaller creatures and power them up with the +1/+1's and get to joraga warcaller and immaculate magistrate combo and get the coat of arms down at sometime
Cut the Battalion's and the Rhys the Redeemed for starters
I found it too hard to really combine black and green and made several mono green elf decks. Take a look at them, maybe you get some ideas.
definitely like this deck, especially since elf cards are so communal and can buff each other to become titans. glissa the traitor is good but seeing as how you're really only running one artifact, her ability is kinda going to waste. i think you should cut her, along with just ditching black in general. know you dont wanna hear that, but the black isnt really helping your deck at all. liliana vess is pretty much irrelevant to your deck's theme and could be easily replaced with a green sun's zenith or another genesis wave
