Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (12 cards)

Instants (4)

Enchantments (8)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

How to Play

3 mana is the key. Get three mana and you can pretty much do anything you want. Low creature count but a lot of control until you get those creatures. Enchants make up for lack of high end power creatures and with 8 cards that cause lifelink, you can always be in a game. All creatures are hexproof so they can't be burned or murdered. Only real weakness is direct damage and zergs as well as counter decks, but who isn't weak against those things?

Deck discussion for Try to hit me

you dont run gates. So hold the gates is pointless imo... I think it would sit better as curiosity so you get more draws

the vigilance is the only reason for that card.

You don't run any gates... so why Hold the Gates? For Vigilance? Celestial Flight would be much better and would give your Geist evasion, Holy Mantle would be good mainboard too.

I didn't see any results for celestial flight. I mean I just added the Hold the Gates as a test. Holy Mantles were in there originally. Vigilance is nice to have especially if I can get the lifelink first strike benefits

Sorry Spectral Flight. I can see that but you can't assume it'll work perfectly, sometimes it will but other you'll be holding 2 Hold the Gates in your hand and hating the world.

well you can say that about any deck. if you don't get the cards you need then you're kinda screwed. I mean if I wanted to go real defensive I could swap out the Hold the Gates with Holy Mantle and use whatever creature I have out as a blocker, especially if I get one of the 8 lifelink aura cards I have. I could just wait and attack when I have enough to kill. I pretty much have 16 defense cards. Honestly, the only deck I've played that has given me trouble is Boros. Haste low cost creatures with direct damage and batallion effects is a killer. Boros Reckoner is super O/P unless I can get a pacify on him. But most Boros decks I've seen can get 4 creatures out by turn 4.
