a mill deck that can defend and deal damage with the rogues. some cipher will allow rogues to have mill/clone abilities. psychic spiral will soon be replaced with jace, memory adept for more mill capabilities and maybe drop guardians of meletis for an extra fog bank to dissipate damage.
set up defenders with fogbank, kraken hatchling, and guardians of meletis. start milling with basic mill cards like breaking//entering and mind sculpt and spawn jace's phantasms after 10 cards have been milled and keep constant pressure with bloody tomes and sphinx's tutelage. late game use mind grind for large amounts of mill and consuming aberration to have a large attacker/blocker that can mill for a land per spell played.
