The only thing I can think of would be to possibly try to work in Wirewood Herald for more searching your library for Elf cards since you can sacrifice the herald to Blasting Station or Ashnod's Altar or it may prevent an opponent attacking you because you can block to "sacrifice" it. I also agree that Elvish Promenade is probably a good card for this deck as it will make the doubling of the elf tokens quicker than with just Rhys.

You could maybe reduce to 3 Rhys since there are multiple ways of searching your deck for him or even cascading to him. I was also wondering if you really need Knotvine Mystic in this deck as he is a little difficult to cast himself and what does he gain when he's out: a couple mana of different colors. It seems like Elvish Promenade would help more with mana if you have a Heritage Druid out, but of course you have to be able to play Elvish Promenade too. These are just the things I thought about when looking at this deck, but I don't know for sure what will work and what won't.

Timberwatch Elf is always solid with an Elf deck and would also work well with your Wirewood Symbiote and Quirion Ranger.

It looks to me like you're doing what I find myself doing a lot too, mixing strategies within the same deck. It appears there are 2 themes to this deck: metalcraft and causing your opponent to draw cards and then make him pay for it. I think both themes are very interesting, but to bring the deck to 60 cards, I would focus on one theme or the other and then take out the cards that don't fit that theme. Both themes look like they could be powerful with the cards you have here.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Thrummingbird fits either theme really as it only adds counters to Jace if you happen to have him out.

At first, I wondered why you have Marsh Flats in this deck, but if I am correct it is to remove swamps from your deck and therefore logically draw less land as the game goes on?

Looks like a pretty solid strategy here with some early control followed by your own ample creatures.
