It looks to me like you're doing what I find myself doing a lot too, mixing strategies within the same deck. It appears there are 2 themes to this deck: metalcraft and causing your opponent to draw cards and then make him pay for it. I think both themes are very interesting, but to bring the deck to 60 cards, I would focus on one theme or the other and then take out the cards that don't fit that theme. Both themes look like they could be powerful with the cards you have here. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Thrummingbird fits either theme really as it only adds counters to Jace if you happen to have him out.
