Drop Tutors for lands, drop pacifism for downfalls, drop silence for 2 Rakdos returns 1 Elspeth 1 elixir. These are things i would change but if this is working for you, run it. i love rogue/strange decks.

I was just was throwing a concept together but i took your advice i just side boarded my tutors and silence. But i was running silence because i have been running it in my green white aggro and I've done pretty well with it seems to throw people for a loop because they don't build their decks to defend against it and it sets them back.
I love silence aswell and used it is RTR/INN Standard to amazing sucess vs snapcaster/control but in this season it don't like it as much since you can't snapcaster it back to keep some one locked out for 8 turns ( which i've done, in a row).
Other fun things are Havoc Festival, which puts the game and a very quick clock allowing your 2/3 damage burn to be leathal after your oppenent's upkeep
