You play the control game for as long as you possibly can, using spells and effects to keep yourself from taking too much damage. (Perilous Vault makes a GREAT insurance policy in multiplayer games.) At eight or nine land, you tap yourself out and cast upheaval and psychatog on the same turn. With the board clear and him attacking next turn, you can discard your entire hand for +7/+7 and remove your graveyard from the game for additional boost. From there, Dr. Teeth gets another tick mark...
