-1/-1 counters and +1/+1 counters cancel each other out as a state-based effect... They can't and don't coexist on the same permanent.

So, with Fate Transfer in hand, you can focus on helping other creatures, and stacking -1/-1 counters on a wall, and then shift them all onto an opponents creature to kill it off (even the indestructible ones).

I like this! Have you thought about Fate Transfer?

I just put together and anti-infect deck not too long ago, please comment!

Grave Pact! All that sacing would just ruin a creature based deck...

I've got an anti-infect/ally deck that I could use a comment or two on :-)

Join the Ranks is a great card for this... 2 pumps for every ally you have in play? Heck yeah!!

And The Mimic Vat idea is pretty great... Especially with Kazuul Warlord. Exile him, cast him every turn for 3 (which is 2 less than his usual) and give all your Allies 2 counters... 2 or 3 turns of that and you should have won already!

Haha, well it seems like having lands that you're going to swap out is a bit of wasted space, but hey, your deck man :-) Like I said, I like what you got here.

I love Elves! You probably don't need so much land... you've got 11 ramping elves, and the Copperhorn Scouts to untap and give them another go around. You could probably get away with dropping 3 of them pretty easily...

Arbor Elf and maybe Coat of Arms would both be pretty helpful here.

Hedron Crab could be helpful too.

A big part of your deck involves you having permanents out to proliferate on... Turn Aside would be helpful.

I like the deck! I wish I'd been playing long enough to just "find" a deck like this in the cards that I have :-)

Thanks for the comments on my Creatureless Infect deck!

Swap a playset of Disperse for Into the Roil.

I like that... I may sideboard it for now, but if the deck ends up having trouble getting counters to stick, I'll swap it in.

Thanks for the comment!

Yeah, with the addition of Archmage, that extra card draw is handy.

Thatnks for the comments bud!

I only have one Archmage for that reason... if I have it and a card that lets me draw (Divination, Steady Progress, and now, thanks to you, Into the Roil) I only need one counter on it. Proliferate will do the work after that.

Good call on Into the Roil. Thanks for the comment!

The Tides are kinda important... That's where I'm hoping the main proliferating will come from.

Corrupted Conscience... I just love love llloooove the look on peoples' faces when they finally get a creature through without it being countered and then I take it away and add infect... Warms my heart :-)

But I will cut one of each... I need room for a couple other things.

OK...
-1 Corrupted Conscience
-1 Inexorable Tide
-1 Deprive
+3 Steady Progress
+2 Contagion Clasp

And sideboarded redirect (for burns decks, etc).

Contagion Clasp, maybe for the counter/creature removal... Contagion Engine is a little expensive and I don't anticipate the board wipe it gives being very useful (since, if I'm playing right, they should only have a creature or two out before I take them away anyway).

What about Steady Progress? That card draw is kinda nice...

Mr. WhyNot! I've had an idea... I was a little hurt when you said proliferate was too slow, since it's one of my favorite mechanics. So, I set about trying to make a proliferate deck that actually works... and now I need some feedback. Might have something worth looking at :-)

Sorry to spam your page like this, I just think I might actually have a functioning proliferate deck.
