Cheap fun flanking deck utilizing Cavalry Master as a "flanking lord". Not all that good but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a creature flanked to death by a sliver with flanking 5.Would appreciate tips for making it slightly more effective whilst keeping the flanking theme and remaining budget.

Don't see the point in Sidewinder Sliver, he's the only sliver in this deck

its basically just a one drop with flanking. actually a good move
Also each additional sliver adds to the count of flanking. So if two are out then each have flanking 2.

since you are mono white then the armored ascension might make sense. maybe even gift of the orzhov?
