Knowing what it is, I'm curious as to how competitive it is?It would be cool if it was somehow competitive and complete.Are any of the cards fillers? Can any 4 of's be cut ?

To answer both of your questions : no, not really.I mean, technically it can win games... But it never will with the Turing combo since it requires almost literally the entire deck to be on the battlefield without your opponent doing anything to the board state. It is vintage legal so someone could take it to a sanctioned event and try playing with it. But as we all know: just because you can do something doesn't mean it's a good idea.
