This is a Burn deck that I have been testing with recently. The purpose for this deck is to race your opponent as quickly as possible while keeping a decent board state.

I feel like it would be much easier to remove the black from the sideboard and then just take out the blood crypts and run more mountains. Maybe sideboard elmental summoning or whatever that 3 drop m14 sorcery is called.

That does sound like a good idea. The reason I have splash black in the deck is to deal with creatures mainly in Orzhov and Esper matchups like Lifebane Zombie, Lhev Skyknight, Daring Skyjet and Imposing Sovereign
It can also deal with Master of Waves when the Elemental tokens hit the field
