takenout quietus and put in the other 2 bloddgastes. this deck has enough early drops that quietus spikes main ability wont be very effective

are they really worth the 1+/1+ for all vamps? in a vampire deck?
They are since you're running a lot of kill spells it will tirgger much better, and you can make them stronger using blade of the bloodchief making your opponent target it over other creatures or yourself. Plus you have bloodline keeper to transform for +2/+2 and you still have nocturnus
