Played at FNM tonight, 2nd place (tied for first but had a 2-1 game against me). I ended up making a sideboard (which I'll post later) consisting of hindering light, bant charm and other blue counter. Despite the lack of island, the seaside citadels and fertile grounds were more than enough. I will definitely be modifying the main deck to include these cards. As far as Weight of Consience, it's actually a very effective card for two reasons. First, I would frequently have 6+ soldiers and 1-2 angels out at a time. Also, Martial Coup cleans up WoC'd creatures very nicely. Overall satisfied with the performance!
