Deck Description

I really enjoy playing my Esper control deck that I own (link at bottom of description) but I was wondering what I could do if I added green. This is the result as I decided to replace the white over anything else because the black is pretty essential with Cut, duress, smother, and putrefy. so it seems alright but some matches that it struggles with are below. Sidenote: Although the sideboard is full and made, I still would like some assistance since I'm not familiar with all of the different decks in the casual-ish modern sort of format.

How to Play

This deck is like any control deck in that you try to use countermagic and early removal to kill of creatures and stall until you can cast big creatures.

The main problem I have found is that Aggro is too fast when i'm playing colors with very few budget boardwipes.
To cope with this I have added 2 copies of drown in sorrow and 2 copies of hooting mandrills. the Drowns are self-explanatory but the hooters (lol) are there because they can be cast early for very little mana and stand as a big body to block their aggressive little guys.

Otherwise, just play control. Counter things that will kill you, wait and eventually kill the things that don't pose an immediate threat. Once you have your opponent where you want, play big creatures like frost titan and Aetherling to finish them off quickly.

Deck discussion for [Budget Modern] Sultai Control

This looks very good for a 20$ deck, however I would suggest cutting the Mandrils for Gurmag Angler (or, if you don't mind dropping an extra dollar or two, Tombstalker).
Also Taigam's scheming isn't very good. It's a -1 on card advantage. I think you would be better off running something like Thought Scour, Anticipate, or Dimir Charm, since you're on a budget.
