This Deck was designed To ramp into Niv-Mizzet using various artifacts that are common in the edh format and then draw a buttload of cards, all the while dealing buttloads of damage to the opponent. The final combo that I always dream of getting off in this deck is enter the infinite while Niv-Mizzet is out. Teehee... deals damage equal to the # of cards in your deck.
