Is this strictly for after Zendikar Block rotates? Because for now while its still standard, See Beyond would be a good add. Incase you draw your Blightsteel before you can Shape Anew.

Gotcha, in that case, perhaps Merfolk Looter would do you just as well. He'll help you to draw into more gas and cycle your library toward what you need, and if you draw your Blightsteel just discard him. Triggering his shuffle affect and still giving you a chance to Shape Anew him.

in all honesty your dispatches don't seem all that good. The chances of you being able to use the metalcraft are very slim. I'd drop those.
Maybe add more blightsteels, I mean, what if one becomes O ringed. either way, if you run more, you could potentially have multiple also, call to mind to return shape anew.
Has nobody noticed that he doesnt have an artifact to sacrifice for shape anew?
