I'd love to add snapcasters but they are so expensive so this is made just with the cards I own.
Master of cruelties isn't so much a win condition but he is a good creature to have as a blocker being first strike and death touch.

You don't need 4x Aetherlings, that is a bit unreliable. 2 is the magic number in this kind of set up. I would drop the devil's play for one more mortar, and lose the rifts to more draw spells, in this case pilfered plans. Rouge's passage is a nice combo with the Master of Cruelties, but I'd prefer a Nephalia drown-yard for the alternate win condition. The amount of Azorius charms make that combo kind of unreliable, but that's just my opinion. It's your choice. Also, try psychic strike. It's a counter that mills, which is nice for control arch-types. So, less Aetherlings, more mortars, rifts are iffy, and Nephalia >= Rouge's passage, + more counter. Those are my two cents.
