Fastbond is restricted, so maybe add 1 more Exploration. You don't need Prismatic Omen, Elsewhere Flask already does the same thing for you right? You also don't need Strip Mine, it might be nice to blow up your opponent's lands with that combo with Exploration and Crucible of Worlds but it might be better to focus on creatures for defence. I mean, what if your opponent has a Pyroclasm, an Earthquake, Evacuation? Well alot of stuff can pretty much kill you even with your combo on. Since your running Vesuva and Cloudposts and Exploration and Crucicble of Worlds and Fastbond and Magus of the Candelabra. There is a thing as way too much mana and way too little cards to use it on. You will most likely have insane amount of mana, but not cards useful that can actually hurt your opponent most of the time. If you don't draw Howl of the Night Pack, you will probably lose. Heck, if I just run 4 Counterspells and 4 Negates and 2/2 Wind Drakes, I will probably beat your deck. Add in card drawing power and maybe a way to make Howl of the Night Pack more than just 4-5 2/2 tokens that someone can just blow up easily (Howl of the Night Pack will give you around 5 tokens by the 7th turn on average without any form of land search)

Can't your opponent just in response cast something like Path to Exile to his creature when he tries to enchant his creature? Anyhow, I don't think you should type that fast... seriously >.>....
Have you tested out this deck? I'm not really sure about it in practice (like actual play). You can test it out by proxying all the cards and playing it against other people. I could invision Fastbond + Crucible of Worlds + Squandered Resources makes 2 mana per 1 life (which is kinda hard to pull off) But how does this deck make good use of Altar of Dementia? I barely see any way to put stuff in the graveyard powering up Lord of Extinction or Mortivore (Dredge is good). Your basically going to play your lands like normal (which is 1/3 of your deck) and your creatures like normal (which is another 1/3 of your deck). So basically, by turn 10, you could have around 6-7 creatures and lands in play total. Yea, doesn't sound too awesome when you have your opponent beating down on you for like 9 turns. Personally... I think a Theme Deck could build this deck. So I gotta rate your deck as horrible. But if you don't trust me, proxy this entire deck and play it against other people (I hope they don't mind you playing with all proxy cards) and see how it does.
Umm.. 4X Eternal Dominion.... 20 Islands Good luck casting it!
Err.. what? Your not using Plains but comes into play tapped lands instead? Use 20+ Lands. Use Plains only if your using a white deck unless you want to lose out on speed each turn by playing comes into play tapped lands. Stoic Angel can be replace with another white card so you won't have to scramble for dual lands. A good land count is not 20, but actually 24-26 (It is mention in the Magic: The Gathering Rulebook)
Your deck doesn't need inflame, it's not that great. Lightning Bolt is better than Shock, but Shock is still ok. Crushing Pain is kinda ok unless your suciding your guy into your enemy, because if you sucide your guy, you lose 2 cards (creature + crushing pain) while your opponent loses only one guy (creature). I guess as long as you don't run out of cards fast, you can keep up the pressure and kill your opponent quickly. If you want to make your deck even faster, consider maybe adding in cards that have super high power and low casting cost. Try to use up all the possible mana in each turn to maximize your plan. Remember in a deck like this, time is not on your side. You have to quickly kill your opponent or else your opponent will easy fight back with powerful creatures and spells when they build up.
What happens if your opponent decides to destory your creature enchanted with like 5 enchantments?
Hmm... a lot of Enchantments... It's a fun deck to try out if you want. Just proxy all the cards and test it out against real decks. I wwon't say it will do so well, but it's somewhat beasty if it gets going.... Against a player without any form of removal or combat damage prevention, it might actually win. But personally, not really a good deck in my opinion.
Edit.. Meant Planar Cleansing
I do want to maybe take out Oblivion Rings for something else, do you have any ideas? Because if I take out Oblivion Rings, I'm thinking about running Planar Chaos alongside Martial Coup, 2 Planar Chaos + 2 Martial Coup instead of 4 Martial Coups?
First of all.... there are some cards that don't feel it belongs in your deck because you have very little supports for them. - Emeria, the Sky Ruin You have no land searchs and no card drawing power, With an opening hand of 2 lands. I would predict you can get 7+ Plains and this card out by the 18th turn when you almost draw out little less than half your deck. Not very effective in my opinion. -Jester's Scepter Ok... that is pretty much the most random card in your deck. It exiles 5 card from your opponent's library and it MIGHT counter something. Thats not really that reliable... and your not trying to win by milling your opponent, so I don't know why it is in your deck. -Well of Lost Dreams Actually a good card, except you don't really focus on life gain either... Or have a ton of mana to fuel up a huge draw from gaining a bit of life. Sure you can gain some life by Martyr of Sands, but even it is kind of a big stretch. -Big Angels... Your deck kinda doesn't really do anything much in the first few turns besides maybe play Harm's Way or Swords to Plowshares and then maybe even a Wrath of God. Yea, big creatures are good later on. But losing out in Early game with only your Martyrs protecting you isn't really that good. Try put in some solid cheap creatures early game. A good card would be Figurement of Destiny or even a simple Wall of Hope. A lot of White Control decks might want to get Eternal Dragon. It is a Dragon that you can Plainscycle!
Eh... are you refering to this deck?
Tips on playing this deck -At the start, you want to play many creatures with Exalted as possible and keep on the pressure by attacking your opponent. Remember that Exalted only works if you attack with one creature, attacking with more than one will not activate Exalted. Try to play Knight of the White Orchid when you have less lands than your opponent, so you can get more plains later on for Emeria. Use Spells like Brave the Elements and Path of Exile to protect your creatures while your Exalted creatures attempt to defeat your opponent. If you find to draw a Yoked Plowbeast, just feel free to cycle it, don't try to cast it because later on. Emeria will come and ressurect it once you have 7 plains. - Later on you can play Honor of the Pure to boost up your creatures, Ranger of Eos will give you more Akrasan Squires to be more Exalted and you can bring in Emeria, the Sky Ruins and be ready when you hit 7 plains for its powerful effect. Kor Cartographers can help get more Plains into the game, but don't forget while building up to also attack your opponent. -If your opponent still lives, bring in the final power in Iona, Shield of Emeria to finally defeat your opponent by not allowing them to cast spells. Also don't forget to ressurect any fallen allies using Emeria, the Sky Ruin later on when you have 7 plains.
Using Breathe of Life might be a bit better to ease the double white mana cost.
I would take out Chance Encounter because there is a very little likely chance you will win the game using that. Anyhow.. lolz at Goblin Bomb! 20 Damage to Target Player baby!
Hmm... this deck seems kinda familiar.... But good deck anyhow. Very solid and pretty good. +1
A bit way too much lands and a bit way too many cards that don't do much... You don't really need 30 lands.... I mean sure you won't have to worry about being mana deprived. But you are not going to draw any cards that help you besides lands half the time because half your deck is lands. Circle of Protections aren't helpful if your opponent isn't using blue. Think how the focus of your deck rather than put random cards in. What do you want to do? What do you struggle most in while playing? What can you improve upon? What cards do you have that can improve it? What cards do you cast most often? Think about your deck a bit and revise it. Try to use 24-26 lands. Don't use 30 unless your deck really needs 30 lands.
Yup, Wojek Siren will give Target creature and each creature that shares a color with the creature +1/+1. For example, if I use it on a white creature, all white creatures will get +1/+1 For example, if I use it on a white and red creature, all white creatuers will get +1/+1 and all red creatures will get +1/+1 (A total of +2/+2 on all red and white creatures)
Not that good of a deck in my opinion... Too many high costing spells that just aren't effective in this deck running only 20 lands. Yea, Knight of the White Orchid might help a bit to get you that 3rd land drop but anything after that is kinda shaky... I would lower the mana curve a bit and remove a lot of the high-costing creatures to make this deck more effective and efficient. Or in other words, I would remove high costing stuff and add in more lower costing stuff + lands so I won't get mana screwed when I play this deck.
I don't think the Planeswalkers are in a "Budget Deck"...... Other than that, replacing the Planeswalkers with more lands could make this a great deck. Jund usually requires a lot of lands due to itself running lots of high costing spells. Though missing Malestorm Pulse could make the "Budget" Version weak to Enchantments or Artifacts, but I would think it is still fun to play the Budget version. +1, good job
