@ AaronO24 I suggest you just play cards that can get rid of it and stop complaining at me over a point that has obviously been made. Your just jumping on a bandwagon and still not actually going for my actual point or questions, just slamming your face on the nail that is this topic. But it's OK. You can try to be smart and popular against someone who doesn't have the capacity to think more than a single thought every 2 months who can't use a basic thought process to figure out what is and isn't managable when you play against it. OR just git gud sckrub.
Delver is not the best aggro strategy in the format. it's a crutch for nerds who don't wanna try. Delver is just a blue control that happens to have a cheap creature that is overly powerful due to it's ability and the color it belongs to. If anything, Delver isn't even aggro. It's just a control deck with a fast pace. Delver only works when you draw it and hit an instant or sorcery. After it flips, your job is to CONTROL the board so Delver doesn't die and you don't lose. That's not aggro, aggro is ramming your fist up someone's ass in two or three turns so you can watch them scream and die in a quick and efficient manner. Aggro is utilizing a wave of cheap aggression to slam you in a few turns, delver is a slow death that relies on your ability to control the board and keep delver swinging each turn. That's why Delver is good, because it's a fast control deck.
They both can be, i just have the ones that can come into play untapped in my mind before any other.

Delver isn't the best aggro deck, there are plenty that can thrash delver. Delver was just popular.

Why not Isolated Chapel over the barrens?
Fast decks don't need blue to be fast, so why would I give a shit about treasure cruise and pod being banned?
It works, but the deck needs more draw. some people take browbeat's damage after realizing what your playing, because life total is irrelevant as long as you win. Try adding wild guess, faithless looting, serum visions, or just blue draw. Fling is meh in a deck that already sacs the creatures in the first place. and lightning bolt is godlike, but you rely so heavily on a combo that draw is a must have in this deck. That's my advice, but i'm crazy and like to try doing burning vengeance flashback, so i might not be the best person ^_^; but I like it though!
