Chevill is a really weird commander that CAN generate value, but in a slow and kinda awkward fashion. So, let's try and utilize his draw engine and deathtouch abilities to do something interesting. Let's kill things!
Use Chevill to mark scary creatures. Kill them. Acquire life and cards. Use damage effects with deathtouch to scare everyone. Eventually win.
