use winter orb to shut down everyones mana . but you will be fine because you can use urzas ability to turn all of your artifacts into mana , theres also mirrodin besieged as another slam dunk card because its just so darn great in artifact decks. i left two cards open for this new deck because theres already 1 that i know i want (Forsaken Monument) and if there is any others then i can pop one more in so i dont have to worry about which one to take out. if i forgot any really good artifact cards pls tell me in chat cheap cards would be nice because im trying to stay around 100 doller budget. thanks.

you might look at animate artifact, march of machines, Animating faerie, and workshop elders. these are all in your $10 or less range
