My take on Ad Nauseam
1. Cast Ad Nauseam (use boseiju, pact of negation, silence, dispel, or sen triplets to protect it if possible)2. From here, do one of the following:-Sickening Dreams + Intervention pact -or- Angel's Grace -or- glacial chasm-Tendrils of agony + all the spells you can-Skirge familiar + Exsanguinate-Laboratory Maniac + preordain (you can use one of the bauble's if need be although not as good..chromatic sphere is an option as well)-Zombie Infestation (worst case scenario)Notes: -There are roughly 10 tutors total in the deck, use them wisely. (personal tutor can tutor for other tutors and merchant's scroll tutors for mystical tutor into ad nauseam)-Ivory tower can be a big help if need be, especially early game to set yourself above others life totals for sickening dreams-disciple of the vault can be used for a finisher if someone is hanging on by a thread, just sack some artifacts
