The only thing I would suggest would be to redo your mana. Most of your spells require a lot of green mana (37) where as your red spells are few(12) and don't require the use of only red mana. Perhaps a 6/14 ratio or a 7/13.

I enjoy my skeleton deck a lot. I haven't put it up yet but maybe I'll get to it later. I like using the death baron, dark ritual, and Skeletal Wurm combintation o_o Turn 5 an 8/7 deathtouch 1 drop regen creature. Yes please
I do enjoy a good illusion tribal deck. That phantasmal bear is great, 1 drop 2/2 blue creature is a great starter. This is one of those decks that probably wouldn't be hurt by including door of destinies.
For a little more white to make the shrines go faster, I would recommend Apostle's Blessing. That card has saved my creatures from a lot of annoying removal. I like to throw in Myr Turbines and Mirrorworks in these kinds of decks. Some people are prepared to kill a myr galvanizer in a moment's notice but not always ready for 2 to pop out
My g/f loves wolves and I have been trying to think of a deck she would like to play. This seems to be a good solution. Great deck
Problem with that is somebody will just shorten that to the beastiality version unless you call it W/E.I.L.F.Y.U.W. I would suggest "Dances With Wolves" due to the promenade
