Use your instants and sorcerers to either kill or remove your opponents creatures and to create tokens of your own. Choice one, sacrifice a cather with some tokens on the field, play Avatar of the resolute while they have cathar's +1/+1. Pretty easy for him to come out as a 5\4 with reach and trample. But the sky is the limit. If you've got 5 tokens, he's an 8/7, and you've got 5 2/2's to swing with. Choice two, tokens, lay out seraph and keep playing more tokens. Sideboard in more protection of him if necessary.
