Yawwn. Im so tired. Need moar sleep. Basically I looked around and took my favorites from what I could find. I'm not sure what to do for land ratios / amounts and I was hoping to add a little bit of draw some how. I was also look at swapping Viscera Seer in but I don't know what I would swap it in for, any suggestions are appreciated.

You've missed one must have card from this (at least). Bazaar trader lets anything taken with the commander be kept permanently, instead of until your commander gets killed. It also goes superbly with other gain control until end of turn spells.
