Really just roll the mulligan for three lands, preferably of at least 3 of your colors. Having access to at least 3 will help ensure you don't stutter with color inaccessibility issues, this deck means to ramp hard and quick. Tireless Provisioner is the MVP if ever I had to pick, non-commander of course. With trigger doubling in play, there's almost no end to your casting spree with Provisioner on the board. Chulane works off of cast and not on enters triggers but his value shines none-the-less. Tendrils of Agony is a choice slot in for obvious reasons.
