Deck Description

The concept is simple kill your opponents creatures and set up your walls to later on mill them to death with Phenax

How to Play

The main plan of the deck is to use Phenax, God of Deception cool ability to use my creatures toughness to mill my oponent. In order to accomplish this on the early game I put up as many walls as available and to kill the creatures of my oponent with Dimir Charm and Far / Away while saving the Hero's Downfall for the important components of the enemy combo. Ideally towards the 5th to 7th turn I have Phenax on the field milling my oponent to death.

I also find it amazing to have a Phenax and Consuming Aberration on the field since the amount of cards milled is incredible. Also having the sporadic Triton Tactics in the deck gives a nice combat trick and can signify a great amount of mill if Phenax is active.

The deck also offers a plan B having Thassa, God of the Sea give unblockable to Consuming Aberration who simple buffs himself with anything I play.

Finally having two Jace, Memory Adept result in an easy ten mill if enough walls are up to defend him and many times it draws hate away from my life points resulting in an extra turn to draw the card I need to win the game.

Deck discussion for B/U Mill Deck

What I feel I struggle a lot when it comes to finishing the deck is to build a good sideboard for I feel it is really weak and I am never sure what to sideboard in when playing against Esper, Monoblack, Monoblue, etc... Also I added all the cards I have left in the maybe from when I was trying different angles for a Dimir Mill deck if anyone has any suggestion to improve the deck. Also if you guys find any decks that are similar to this from another guy a link would be great to take a look at it.

Thanks.
