have you considered the ajani that adds loyalty counters to other planeswlakers? i forget it's name but it would do well in this deck, as would teferi. His ultimate would be great here. Lastly contagion engine. does that help at all?

i love new players trying to build combo decks. The empires combo was at best hard to get from the beginning, but good for you for trying to get at it. While it is more expensive in $ have you considered fabricate for this deck?

Oh and liquid metal coating so that you can destroy non artifact things easier as well as use creature activated abilities twice as much (i also have a budget mono red artifact deck, though its not quite as budget as this is I splurged on the mono red commander deck and a copy of sculpting steel)

i actually really like kaboomist, he is a strong defensive play. I mean he creates artifacts with activated abilities, so hes actually pretty good. Stoker is a sac engine for artifacts that gives you mana so that a thing. As for generator servant im not huge on it but its useful. What would you suggest as a replacement?

I don't think there is enough mana ramp here to reliably use those.

does prototype portal fit the budget? What about soul foundry? Arcbound crusher? Hellkite Tyrant the get 20 artifacts and win dargon/ the steal all the artifacts dragon? I feel atleast one of those things could go well in here. I'm also pretty sure none of them are to expensive.

ahhh, ok well then its good for what it is. I wish my meta allowed me to play aggro. I have to deal with splintertwin and jund control, and lots of both.

no thassa? also are you supposed to win with oujtai or is there some combo win con i missed on the first look through? Also moorland haunt seems kinda useless here. well not useless just . . . not as good as a basic since you only have like 9 creatures.

I like it, but it has to compete with robots, which is really hard.

well i don't discriminate against decks without descriptions, the deck just needs to wow me enough to make me want to like for being either high competitive or highly creative. But a deck with a long description shows that a person cares about something enough to make a Wall of Text which takes a dickton of time on a phone. Which is where I usually use mtgvault myself, as I assume others do.
