mtgvault likes decks that aren't just 30 permutations of the top winning standard and modern deck.
as is they would not make it faster, they would do nothing at all. As he would have nothing to spend any mana they produce on.
I would drop curse of the bloody tome for visions of beyond, but that's just me.

The eye is pretty good for eldrazi, its kinda mediocre at getting other things. Not bad, it just still eats up a whole turn while not helping power it out.

god no, if you put a +1/+1 on an undying creature it becomes weak and useless, and all this deck does is put +1/+1s on its creatures. Any undying Creature in thid deck would be at best hobbled, and more likely a useless vanilla creature.
No persist creatures? I feel like Woodfall primus could find a home here . . . probably some other ones.

awww i thought that because of the title there was som bee related joke going on here.
any deck with urbarask needs to top the curve at 4 mana, unless they are a control deck. Still Urbarask is great for aggro and okay at control. This deck seems to be more of midrange red black good stuff, which really doesn't play to his strengths, not to mention many of your creatures already have haste.
dual color is fine. I would be worried about tri color. Also you could consider buried ruin as it could be very useful.
but boros are the cops.
