Usually you wait until the deck has passed off the front page of new to mark it unloved (or perhaps thats just me)
Also because pyromancers only likes instants and sorceries, and creatures dont help it.
I would strongly consider tragic slip in place of harvest pyre, or even in addition to it. Also stormkirk captain.
in that case replace burning tree emissary with a cantrip or zero drop. First thing that comes to mind is gutshot.
price aside this cube seems to be slightly biased towards blue, and by slightly i mean a lot. So thats gonna be a problem when drafting this.
Also there is really only room for one of these two but a alternate option to pyromancers swath is pyromancers ascension. Well actually you could run 2 of each . . . but that would just make the deck lose focus. Still its an alternate option to consider
some people like to be able to afford food and running water, so they can live to play the magic cards they buy. That would become rather difficult with this kind of budget.

well it depends on what your problem usually is with the deck. Are you getting killed by small creatures early on large creatures slowly later on. i suppose galvanic blast could potentially be useful if many of your friends use lots of artifacts. In any case its something to consider along with spitting earth, both of which can hit bigger creatures, which since your dragons are going to kill the other player you dont need to burn players. A third option is magma spray, which will exile things.
hmmm well a good one would be fauna shaman, she can chain tutor some of your creatures. She could easily replace zombie infestation, maybe even maindeck 4 of them. Also just some 2 or lower cost zombie to make it easier to cast grave crawler. maybe putrid leech for aggro or blood scrivner for card draw. Lastly the blood ghasts seem a bit redundant with all this and the demon seems very undederwhelming. However i can see why they are in there. A suggestion for bloodghast is combo with perilous forays for all the mana you want, but thats a late game combo and not what your going for. Also this deck could really use some sort of sac engine maybe bloodthrone vampire? (probably not the best for your deck, but its a personal favorite) so that you have a creature that if not blocked can swing for 13 damage all at once or something.

You have more than ten non creature spells which is a no no in a ruric thar deck. My advice is use the gatherer to try and find creatures that do the same thing as the spells you currently have in the deck. For example Ursapine could replace one of your buff spells. And pyroclasm could be replaced by bloodfire kavu.
visciously evil i like the combo of kami of false hope and the angel. I would consider crackling counterpart, as its awesome.
replace galavanic blast with a better bun spell since you dont have anough artifacts for it to ever deal more than 2 damage, maybe seismic strike?
Removal is always good for sideboard. After all what if your up against aggro and turn 1 is a War Falcon and turn 2 is Thalia.
no prob also why only 3 fog and one defend the hearth? why not just 4 fog?
just got to think lets assume a reasonable curve of turn one jaces phantasm, turn two glimpse turn 3 mind funeral. By the time all thats over traumatize will probably only be getting 20 cards best case scenario. for 5 mana you probably want more. A good creature to consider (though you may not want more creatures) is wight of precinct six.
