It seems like you should be able to replace the blue cards with black or green cards to make the deck a little more streamlined.
I might recomend replace four lands with Treetop Village - Land T: Add G to your mana pool. 1G: Treetop Village becomes a 3/3 green Ape creature with trample until end of turn. It's still a land.
I hope your competitor doesn't run a mill deck

I also like Arcane Laboratory when Erayo flips.
To be honest I was on the fence with Cognivore for that very reason. I play casual multi-player Chaos, sometimes with as many five opponents. By round 8 there would likely be 10+ instants in the various graveyards. I could see dropping the two Cognivores, but then what? I am a little concerned with mana production, so maybe add back two more Islands. Suggestions?
I was really excited about this deck until I learned Time vault is not tournament legal and is extremely expensive.
Consider Followed Footsteps, or splash black and white then Etherwrought Page is pretty awesome.
What is the purpose of 4x Training Grounds?
I know this deck is, kind of, all over the place. How would you focus it? When I play it as it is, its way too slow. How can I speed it up?
