Instead of a megrim you could put in Bloodchief Ascension. A terribly evil combination because they'll take damage untill they run out of cards which i'm sure will be enough to kill them. if not they'll have milled themself to death.
I'm going to think about it, but the megrim does the same damage but instantly. That plus when Mindcrank is on, if he gets one damage or has to discard one card, he's dead.
After checking it again, finally noticed what you mean. Its awesome...
