I'm trying to build a creaturless deck which makes it so that no one can attack me and destroys all creatures. Using meekstone and frozen aether means most creatures will never untap. propaganda means creatures cant attack. 4 x pendrell mists and storm cauldron means that most creatures get sacrificed. Use the bojuka bog to exile graveyards use traumatize tap your bojuka bog to play it and if you haven't played 2 lands and storm cauldron is out you can play it to exile the cards just gone in :)

1- way too many single cards, try increasing them to 3x or 4x. 2- Try adding white. White has allot of cards that do what Propaganda does.

mycosynth lattice with killswitch is a crazy combo. also i agree with dedwards, you need more playsets but with the copy enchantments i can see how this would work. id say drop the soul barrier because your not trying to deal damage anyway. white does have ghostly prison with is nice, and soem other rhystic cards. i dont see you drawing all that many cards though so maybe drop the spellbooks
if you want to do it as mono blue, you can simply just stack as many counter spells as you can physically get into this deck, one important one being force spike. then just use planeswalkers jace mind sculptor
