I'm cutting it down to 60 after testing it.The idea is this: ramp into large creatures and martial law, boardwipe and return your creatures then beat the next turn when your opponent has all his creatures detained.I'll accept feedback but comments like "cut 4 of that card" or "your deck sucks" will be ignored / reported. It's supposed to be a budget deck with decent chances, which is why Voice of Resurgence is in the sideboard.

I find that this deck just make's no sense. It's two decks thrown together to make this awkward thing. You've got blue / white control mixed with green / white swarm. It just doesn't work. Against fast decks you'll be dead before you can get out all of your large drops.Against control you'll lost because thy're control is better than yoursif you want to pull of the swarm control combo you need to make it so that your creatures aren't affected by the board wipes. Add Ready // Willing for the ready bit to make your creatures indestructible. Your playing dungrove elder but your not playing mono green. Explain. remove and add another creature like loxodon smitter for more consistency. There is a new mana producing elf coming out in M14 and along with llanwar elves you will be able to mana ramp much more quickly using them and the elvish archdruid, so you might want to consider that.If your not playing standard you may want to consider Omnath, Locus of Mana as he will be able to benefit greatly from all of that mana producing power that you have in your deck.

I'd consider swamping in some fleecemane lions. That kid is both cheap and awesome.
