Deck Description

Updated:
4x Path to Exile
REAL Sideboard (paper) =
1x Sphinx's Tutelage
2x Luminarch Ascension
1x Supreme Verdict
2x Tormod's Crypt
4x Leyline of Sanctity

Thanks to DedWards for all the help on this one!

U/W Turbo "Fog" deck.
Made multiple card changes, and also completely removed Green thanks to DedWards advice.
I have removed the event results and just added them into the comments below. I wanted to keep the deck description clear of that stuff.

How to Play

Selfless Squire is awesome. Synergies with this deck so well.

Once she it on the battlefield she will probably be close to a 10/10 if not more.

Cast Supreme Verdict and add Dawn Charm to the stack to regenerate her, clearing the board but leaving her alive.

Path to Exile any OP stragglers.

As long as you continue to have good card draw, Elixir of Immortality, when used mid to late game will give you very good chances to filter in and out more path to exiles, Dawn Charms and Supreme Verdicts, also any Squires that may have died along the way.

Sideboard: Rewind, Leyline of Sanctity, Witchbane Orb, Tormod's Crypt, Countermand for those just-in-case scenarios.

Sphinx's Tutelage is devastating but it is sideboarded incase you cant win through damage.

Burn: Swap Supreme Verdict with Witchbane Orbs (budget) or Leyline of Sanctity (not budget). Selfless Squire's and Dawn Charm's will also help against burn too.

Deck discussion for Turbo Fog

I honestly need help with the 15 card sideboard. If anyone has any recommendations that would be awesome.

I currently own 3 Witchbane Orb's which I am using in the sideboard. Other than that, the rest are just there for idea's and such.

As much as I love Rites of Flourishing, the downside of allowing your opponent's extra land drops can result in your loss. So, I suggest trying to find a replacement. I see Font of Mythos being used a lot in Turbo Fog decks, but there are other options, like Kami of the Crescent Moon; Dictate of Kruphix; and Walking Archive.

With no creatures in the deck, Winds of Qal Sisma is just a 2 mana fog; 4 Dawn Charms in its spot is a better option in my opinion. The option to counter anything that targets you gives some good surprises against decks like burn during game 1.

Another instant that will work wonders against burn, while not really a 'fog', is Angel's Grace. Hallow is another card I'd consider for sideboard against burn.

I really like Angelsong as a fog. Just like Dawn Charm doubles as a counter spell, Angelsong doubles up as a draw spell (via cycling). I really do like extra options.

If you see the Origins planeswalkers becoming a problem in your meta, Moonmist could be a good sideboard option. I checks the rules, and Moonmist can kill the 4 non green Origins Planeswalkers.

I've seen Pollen Lullaby used a lot in Turbo Fog decks. The potential lock down on the creatures and the ability to scry 1 (clash is similar to scry) makes it a solid choice. So working them into mainboard might be a good idea.

As for other sideboard options, Witchbane Orb is a good card agains burn, though 4 mana is a bit pricy, imo.

I see you have graveyard hate with Tormod's Crypt, which is a brilliant card, but I've found it advertises a little too much what you intend on doing. Also, you can only really play it during your own turn (though I know you can activate it at any time). I've found that surprise removal hinders them more so than advertised removal, so I suggest trying out cards like Purify The Grave; Surgical Extraction or Faerie Macabre. These screw over Persist and Snapcaster Mage strategies.

I just realised, you could rebuild this to remove green all together, which could clear up your land base a bit.

Defend the Hearth; Winds of Qal Sisma; and Fog can be replaced by Dawn Charm; Pollen Lullaby; and Angelsong.
Rites of Flourishing can be replaced by Dictate of Kruphix (the flash is nice).
Ad a little bit for the sideboard, if enchantments and or artifacts are a problem, Disenchant is a white Naturalise.

Yea that is pretty awesome. I am going to cut this down to 2 colors and see what I can do. Thanks a lot for the feedback. Rites of Flourishing always makes my opponents love me, but then hate me after I fog every turn.

Zoo/Burn has been my hardest match up, honestly. I did just add 3 more lands to the deck though on untap.in (v2).
It worked pretty well by locking down an Infect deck. He ended up forfeiting.

Graveyards are a nice help too. Tormod's is nice, yea, but I will look at Purify the Grave, and Faerie Macabre and see if I can factor them in the sideboard somehow.

For now I will be adding all the cards to it and then adjusting shortly. +1 and followed. Thanks again!

Updated to reflect the removal of green. I have play tested this and it works pretty well. I may reduce the amount of lands by 1 though. I want to play it a lot more first before I decide that.

Just made the adjustments to the lands, and then play tested this twice. I know it was only twice so it could have been pure luck but WOW this deck is so much better now. It's faster and each card works with each other now. Even the anglesong's cycling forces them to mill with tutelage out. So now I just need to buy the new updated cards and I'll be ready for FNM's!!! :D
You rock dude!

Oh ya, about the lands. As it stands, they're good. Reliquary Tower is brilliant in any Turbo Fog deck.

If you can get your hands on them, Hallowed Fountain and Flooded Strand are arguably two of the best lands you could use. The only problem is, they cost an arm and a leg.

Mikokoro, Center of the Sea might be good as a 1 of. Force those extra draws :P

Radiant Fountain could be worth considering. Speaking as someone that had to play against control decks using them, the 2 life helps a lot in keeping you alive long enough to lock down, or in your case, 'fog' down. For 'Normal' Turbo Fog decks, I'd suggest Seraph Sanctuary instead as they tend to have Luminarch Ascension as their win con.

Celestial Colonnade is another nice one to have as an alternate win condition.

I have a certain fondness for lands that filter mana for you. My favourite are the cycle that Mystic Gate belongs to.

Shelldock Isle could be useful. It's second ability comes online once any one library has twenty or fewer cards in it.

Even as a 1 of; Boseiju, Who Shelters All could be another useful card. Aggro generally use it against control, but who says you can't?

Rad, thanks! I have just placed the order for the updated white cards. I'll play around with some of the lands you listed as proxies and let you know how they do. Currently the synergy is pretty good.

Boseiju, Who Shelters All is the one I am really interested in since my instant's do get countered a quarter of the time.

Luminarch Ascension is baller. I will probably sideboard it and/or use it in place of Supreme Verdict or Sphinx's Tutelage if need be. It looks like it could be pretty good verse another mill deck or something along those lines.

Removed this from the description since I wanted to keep it a bit more clear up there.

Actually, yea it does look very similar. Temple Bell and Kor Firewalker are great additions (partly for sideboard). I own 4 Kor Firewalkers too. :) Nice find!

In the article he says that there's only one card like Sphinx's Tutelage. I'd like to call bull. There's one other card that works similar. It's a lot slower as it only mills 1 card per card drawn, but it does cost 1 less mana and is only a common. And that card is Jace's Erasure.

I like Tutelage better honestly. I have been considering adding one of the creatures I listed in the "sideboard" into this deck. I would replace maybe an Elixir or something. Not entirely sure yet. I would probably say Iona since I could clear the bf with Supreme Verdict and then cast her to lock (either semi or permanently) the game down. I would want 2 copies of the creature for better chances of pulling it.

I have been playing this deck every chance I get to play Modern lately and the more I play it the more I love it.

Iona is a brilliant card. There's awesome interaction between her and Painter's Servant :P

I do like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. A permanent -2/-2 to their creatures either leaves them without creatures or makes those that do survive much smaller.

I personally want to try Gideon, Champion of Justice in a fog deck. That -15 of his is quite scary, especially if they can't lower his loyalty as easily.
