This started out as me messing around with Plague Engineer and Plague Sliver, and ended up becoming the train-wreck monstrosity that it is. And yes, the name is an STP reference.
The goal is to force everything your opponent has to share a creature type and then punish them for it. There are a whole bunch of convoluted combos in this deck, but here's a "basic" example:Play Hivestone, and give it to your opponent using Harmless Offering/Bazaar Trader. Play Plague Sliver. Now, each of their creatures loses them a life every turn.Stuff like that. While that seems blatantly direct (so your opponent would probably have a contingency around it) the deck is supposed make the board state chaotic in the process. You will have plenty of options to trade permanents with opponents, hence the existence of some of the more detrimental permanents (such as Aggressive Mining and Pyromancer's Swath). And if you get the chance to play Confusion in the Ranks, the board will be such a mess opponents likely wont be able to keep up with your machinations. For you though, it's simple. It doesn't matter who has your detrimental permanents as long as it isn't you. Just focus on which players end up with the "Tribe Unifiers" and work from there.
