This is a mill deck based on the Ally Halimar Excavator and the cheapest copy cards available. This innocuous little Ally can be pretty absurd when you can play more than four copies. Although the first will only mill one card, the second will mill four, the third nine, the fourth sixteen, and the fifth twenty-five, at which point your opponent will have no more cards left in his library.
