nice deck. i made one very similar a while ago. maybe add some cinder wall. one red mana for a 3/3 drop is good to sacrifice. also cosmic larva and stoic ephemera. :o)

splash white and get some mana fixers like Fertile Ground. way too many high cost creatures. woodland changelings for some smaller drops. Indomitable Ancients + Doran is an awesome team. maybe replace some 4 manas with some elvish piper for some one mana droppers

i agree with above, but i think if you need lots of druids maybe - Mothdust Changeling - for the one mana changeling. They are Blue but with the Elvish Harbingers, a couple of Islands and the Evolution Charms the shouldn't be too hard to splash maybe Woodland Changelings? Also Elvish Piper, although not a druid, can possibly double your creature output after turn 4.
