I've been using a Vampire deck for quite a while and you might want to swap your removal spells for Urge to Feed, Go for the Throat, and Grasp of Darkness. Doomblade and Feast of Blood are great but they have the potential to be dead cards.

Go for the throat is maybe a nice sideboard card for this deck. If you play another black deck Swap and your ready to kill again. Feast is a keeper.
If I ever run tourney, I'll definitely update it, but this works really well playing against friends. I have thought about Grasp, but I worry more about playing a creature every turn than I do removal. Thanks guys!
Also, I have no idea how Feast could be a dead card with 12 one-drop vamps and only vampire creatures in this deck.
You'd be surprised. Try facing off against a burn deck.
One of the decks I regularly play against is a straight RDW. I've never encountered this problem at all.
Screw vamps. :P
