Just relised a nasty combo:Underworld Dreams + Liliana's Caress / Megrim + Jace's ArchivistDamage for both the draw and discard :D

Sadly, the 9 mana makes it too expensive. This decks strong point is speed and 9 mana is a little too pricy.
How is it not Modern?
This deck is for Modern. The artifacts lands (except for Darksteel Citadel) are all banned in Modern. :(That also rules Phyrexian Walker out.Frogmite desn't bring much to the table except being a 'free' artifact. Ornithopter at least has flying. As for Tezzy, I've never been fond of planeswalkers.
Personally, if I ran artifacts, it'd look something like this:http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/modern-artifact-aggro/I'd forego the Colossi, they seem useless to me unless I cheat them in / mana ramp to them (Urza lands help for that).
Mill through draw?
At least one more Mycosynth Golem is needed, preferably two more to make a full set. The Colossi are that expensive.Additionally, 2 or 3 Etherium Sculptor mite speed this up more :p
Dream Salvage mite be a nice addition here.
Point of UG Infect is to hit that 10 poison VERY FAST with unblockable creatures, so removal isn't really necessary. (Artful Dodge helps a LOT in achieving this)
To make things easier on readers, move your general to the sideboard. If you're running the perverter, Underworld Dreams would be a good addition :)
To make things easier for viewers, move your General to the sideboard. As for cards that mite be good, creatures with Evoke work nicely with Kresh on the board. I suggest the following Evokers:Inner-Flame AcolyteBriarhornShriekmawCloudthresherSpitebellowsWalker of the GroveAnd lastly, if you expect most of your creatures being in your grave, Living End and Living Death could be a nice addition :p
I'd say drop the elves and Polymorph, add draw, counter and planeswalkers that add creature tokens (Elspeth Tirel) and or spells that give creature tokens (Lingering Souls). That should allow everey mass polymorphed creature to be a big creature. And if mass removal becomes a problem, you could side in some Living End :pAlso, take the legendary creatures count down to 1 each, you don't want to morph into multiple of the same legend.
I find it interesting that you chose the enchantment master Zur as your general for an artifact based deck. I'm just going to assume it's mostly to use his colours.
To make things easier for viewers, I suggest removing your General from the deck and adding it to the sideboard
Splashing black isn't too difficult. I use Dimir Signet and Wayfarer's Bauble to help ramp and get the plack needed. Orb of Dreams is another helpful card for Stagnation, as is Propaganda. In addition to all this, I also use Trickster Mage to add extra cards to my graveyard and Ebony Owl Netsuke to deal damage. Sadly I don't own any Leyline of the Void, so I use Planar Void in its place.
Leyline of the Void works wonders with Mist of Stagnation :P
And they are?
I have to admit this isn't an original idea, I've been running another deck that works similarly for a while now:http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/strong-hold-on-discipline/This deck is the result of trying to find another way of doing what I'm already doing :p
The great Goat Overlord welcomes you to the fold. She's greatful to see a new follower of the Goat way. She does, however, wish to point out that there's little white mana permanents in this deck and thus Sprinjack Shepherd cannot reach his full potential. Lastly her Goatness requests that you look at the following deck in hopes that it can be of insperation:http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/release-the-goats-modern/
As cool as Æther Flash is, I have 2 problems with it here. First is the fact that it's red, thus an odd colour (I really do like Illness in the Ranks one mana cost) and the other is it's not Modern legal. I generally build for either Standard or Modern, the 2 formats played most in my group.
