Nice idea. I also did a burn deck for the common deck challenge.

After playing Haunting Echoes, Mind Funeral becomes less effective. Playing cards like Sadistic Sacrament to take out lands will increase Mind Funeral's effectiveness.
Two common white fogs that I use are "Ethereal Haze" and "Holy Day"
Nice. A friend of mine plays a similar deck, but he plays grapeshot.
Too big and too many singles, unless you're going for EDH, then you should have no duplicates
Too many singles.
Two problems. 1- Too many singles and 2- too many cards.
Too many singles for my liking
Sadistic Sacrament and cards like it are nice for removing lands from the library so you can increase the effectiveness of mind funeral. It's a little heavy on the mana being 3 black, but it doesn't look too expencive money wise.
Oh. Sorry bout that, my mind always wanders off into extended. But Glimpse is still a very nice mill card
Definitely drop the Piper, it draws too much attention to you (I play alot of multiplayer, so drawing attention is not a good idea for me). It also dies too easily. If you having a problem with you mana creatures dying, try replacing them with land search spells (preferably the ones that put them into play, not your hand).
Glimpse the Unthinkable is also a nice cheap (mana wise) UB mill card.
I like it
After playing haunting echoes, mind funeral becomes less effective. Otherwise nice deck.
If it was EDH, it'd be single cards, not 4 of's
Way too many cards. Try taking out some stuff not needed.
Two things I don't like, 1- too many singles and 2- Piper dies too easily to be useful. That's just my opinion though.
I don't think that will work. If a creature dies, I'm sure it goes back to it's owners graveyard.
Nice. Just remember that with 2 Isochron Scepters out you can Silence the opponent in both his turn and yours. (1v1 games only)
Lol at the deck name. Intersting idea, how well does it do?
