Very nice. I think it'd be funny to play this teemed up with my "It hurts to draw" deck.

I like. I play elf swarm and used to run Lys Alana Huntmaster, but i found that as soon as i replaced it with a cheaper elf the deck was faster.
"The effect repeats as many times as it takes to meet the end condition." I can not see any problemswith this one... yet
I have a worm harvest deck too. an interesting land to use is Dakmor Salvage
2 Fungi to consider adding: Utopia Mycon and Sporesower Thallid.
I also play a Stagnation deck, but I use Planar Void, Orb of Dreams and Tormod's Crypt.
Also try Gilt-Leaf Palace to pay for Rhys the Exiled's ability
Have you though about putting in Imperious Perfect? It'll be another +1/+1 for your elves
A good card similar to seedborn muse is murkfiend liege. Swarmyard would be nice to keep squirrel mob on the field.
If you add 2 more Utopia Mycons and the UU requiremet for counterspell will be met.
Take the white out and put some counter spells
And what do you do if you draw your dragon's before you use Dragonstorm?
Needs more dragons, maybe try looking at dragons with haste. I play dragonstorm straight red and get wins on about turn 4/5, sometimes sooner (I've had a turn 2 win). Check my Storming Dragons for ideas.
Dam. Archanefighter beat me to what i was going to suggest, I run that combo in my elf token deck.
I was going to make a few suggestions, but decided to make a fungus deck instead. Take a look at it for some ideas. It's called Fungal Infection
Evil EVIL idea. Only problem I see with the infinite turns part of this is that the it is optional to copy the card imprinted on Panoptic Mirror. Sorry to be the one to point this out.
