Main Deck (12 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Turn Doubling Season into a creature with Opalescence and then enchant Doubling with Followed Footsteps.

I need help filling this deck out and I need a formula to help keep count of the amount of tokens I get. It gets sick after 3 rounds of being out.

I'm thinking of putting Tutors in, but I don't know what else. Mana acceleration?

Check out Mycoloth: The Clone Wars, in my deck profile. It wouldnt be a terrible idea to base the deck around that themes.

Mycoloth: The Clone Wars i pretty good. As far as I can work out, the duplication in this combo will go something like this:
1st Round get 1 copy of Doubling from Footsteps which doubles to 2 (thanks to Doubling) = 3 Doublings
2nd Round get 1 copy doubling to 2, then 4, then 8 (each Doubling triggers seperately) =11
3rd Round get...
So on and so on

Official rulings say that if you have 2 doubling seasons, you put 4x the number of counters and if you have 3 doubling seasons you put 8x. That means it's an exponential relationship rather than linear, so; your "formula" I believe, is simply be Y=2^n where Y is the number of tokens you put into play instead of 1, and n is the number of doubling seasons.

1 doubling season: 2^1=2 put 2 into play
3 doubling season: 2^3=8 put 8 into play
11 doubling season: 2^11=2048 put 2048 into play
2059 doubling season: 2^2059=A number with 619 zeros after it.

So basically after turn 4 just declare yourself the winner.

May I suggest you try using cards like Lost Auramancers and Academy Rector to find the enchantments as quickly as possible.

I have another combo which would work wonders in this deck all you need to play is S.N.O.T and play a followed footsteps on it with this combo.

+1 from me.
