Not a bad deck, but i would recommend taking out tome scour and replacing with Dream Twist...Dream Twist has flashback which in the end can put more cards into their graveyard than tome scour can. I like your quest for the ancient secrets but then again a downfall for it is when you get all your cards back and wont draw the ones you need kind of thing. Im also not fond of the tutors personally. They are good i guess for finding that card you need at the moment. But with a mill deck every card you draw you should be able to play rather quickly but that is just me. Got my like +1
